1) Who we are

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Fox Ad Media LLC d/b/a Prudent Home Buyers (“Fox Ad Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of our websites, pages, and forms (the “Site”) and the services we provide through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). We are not a real estate brokerage, agent, law firm, tax advisor, or financial advisor. We do not represent sellers or buyers in real-estate transactions and are not a party to any sale, purchase, listing, or financing contracts between you and third parties.

2) Eligibility & geography

You may use the Site only if you (a) reside in the United States or Canada, and (b) are at least 18 years old in the U.S. and 19 years old in Canada. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Services are not available where prohibited by law. English is the governing language of these Terms and all related communications.

3) What we do (introductions only; free for homeowners)

The Services provide an online introduction and information platform. With your permission, we may share your inquiry with independent third-party home buyers, investors, or licensed real-estate professionals (collectively, “Partners”) who may contact you directly. We do not charge homeowners any fees for use of the Site. Any property evaluations, offers, listing terms, or services are provided solely by Partners under their own contracts and policies. We do not guarantee that you will receive any introductions, any offer, any offer amount, or any timeline for an offer or closing. Results vary based on market conditions, property characteristics, due diligence, title and lien status, required repairs, HOA restrictions, and Partner availability.

4) Your submissions & license to us

You may submit information such as your contact details, property address, photos, descriptions, timing, and messages (“User Submissions”). You grant Fox Ad Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, format, transmit, and disclose your User Submissions to Partners for the purposes of evaluating your property, facilitating introductions, providing customer support, operating and improving the Services, and meeting legal obligations. We may edit or format User Submissions for clarity without altering their meaning. You represent and warrant that your User Submissions are accurate, do not infringe others’ rights, and do not contain discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful content. You may not submit false properties, duplicate/fraudulent inquiries, or content intended to mislead our systems or Partners.

5) Content; “Seller Stories”; intellectual property

The Site may include informational content, guides, and “Seller Stories (Fictionalized Examples)” to illustrate common homeowner scenarios. Unless expressly labeled otherwise, these stories are fictionalized or composite educational examples and are not customer reviews or endorsements by real individuals. Our Site, content, logos, and designs are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Site or its content. 6) Prohibited uses

You agree not to: (a) violate any laws; (b) submit false, misleading, or discriminatory content; (c) harass or abuse others; (d) scrape, spider, or harvest data from the Site; (e) introduce malware; (f) interfere with security or access controls; (g) perform competitive analysis or benchmarking by automated means; or (h) attempt to bypass our matching processes.

7) Communications; E-SIGN; mobile terms

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive calls, emails, and text/SMS messages from us and/or Partners about your inquiry. Some outreach may use automated dialing, prerecorded messages, or ringless voicemail where legal. Message and data rates may apply. • SMS opt-out: Reply STOP to any Fox Ad Media text to opt out; reply HELP for help. • Frequency: Varies by inquiry. • E-SIGN consent: You consent to receive disclosures and communications electronically (email/SMS/web) and agree electronic records and signatures are equivalent to paper and ink. You can update your contact info or preferences by emailing support@foxadmedia.com. 8) Partners are independent

Partners are independent businesses responsible for their own statements, licensing, regulatory compliance, evaluations, offers, and services. We do not endorse, supervise, or control Partners, and we are not responsible for their actions or omissions. Any engagement you enter into with a Partner is solely between you and that Partner.

9) Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools (e.g., maps, analytics, calculators). We are not responsible for third-party sites, tools, content, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

10) No professional advice; informational content & AI notice

Site content is provided “AS IS” for general information only and is not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Some informational content may be generated or refined with automated tools and may contain errors or omissions. Always verify important details and consult qualified professionals.

11) Changes to the Services

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.

12) Warranty disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

13) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOX AD MEDIA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14) Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully—it affects your rights. • Informal resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to email support@foxadmedia.com with a description of your dispute and allow us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. • Arbitration: Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement. • Venue & law: The seat of arbitration is Florida, USA. Florida law governs these Terms, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, and subject to the FAA for arbitration issues. • Class-action/Jury waiver: YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. • 30-day opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@foxadmedia.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, contact information, and that you are opting out of the arbitration agreement. This section survives termination of the Terms.

15) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain personal information and how to exercise your rights, including “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” where applicable.

16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.

17) Accessibility & assistance

We aim to make the Site accessible. If you need accommodations or help using the Site, please contact support@foxadmedia.com.

18) Export & sanctions compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws and not to use the Services if you are located in, or are a resident of, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are on any U.S. or Canadian restricted-party list.

19) Assignment; severability; entire agreement

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to reflect the parties’ intention, or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and Services.

20) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting with a revised “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (e.g., site banner or email) at least 7 days before the effective date, when feasible. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.
