This Privacy Policy explains how Fox Ad Media LLC (d/b/a Prudent Home Buyers) (“Fox Ad Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with our websites, pages, and forms (the “Site”) and the services we provide through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy applies to residents of the United States and Canada, including the province of Québec. The governing language of this Policy is English; a French version will be made available for Québec residents upon request at support@foxadmedia.com.

We do not request or collect photos or images through our lead forms. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, financial account numbers, health data, or protected-class information). If you provide such information in free-text fields, we will delete or minimize it where feasible.

 • Analytics, measurement, and attribution (e.g., understanding which ads or pages drive inquiries).
 • Improving and testing our Site (e.g., A/B testing).
 • Record-keeping, legal compliance, and enforcing our Terms of Use.
 • De-identified or aggregated analytics and reporting that do not identify you.

6) How We Share Personal Information

We share personal information as follows:
 • With Partners (buyers/investors/agents) to facilitate introductions at your direction. This sharing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws.
 • With service providers/processors that help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, messaging, email delivery, security), bound by contracts limiting their use of your data.
 • With authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights, safety, or to investigate abuse or fraud.
 We do not allow our service providers to use your personal information for their own unrelated purposes.

7) Your Privacy Choices

• Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: You can opt out of “sale”/“sharing” for targeted advertising by using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer or by contacting us (see Section 16).
 • Global Privacy Control (GPC) / Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms (UOOM): If your browser or device sends a recognized signal (e.g., GPC), we will honor it where required by law.
 • Cookies & Tracking: Use our cookie banner/preferences center to manage analytics and advertising cookies. You can also adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies.
 • Marketing Communications: You may opt out of Fox Ad Media marketing emails via the unsubscribe link and texts by replying STOP (reply HELP for help). Message/data rates may apply.
 • Device Location: If you granted precise location access, you can disable it in your device or browser settings at any time.

8) Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising/measurement. Examples of providers we may use include:

9) Cross-Border Transfers

We process and store personal information in the United States and Canada. If you are located in Québec, your personal information may be transferred outside Québec but within Canada or to the United States. We implement reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

10) Data Retention

• Lead and inquiry data: retained for 24 months, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
 • Consent and communication logs (e.g., SMS/email opt-ins): retained for 4 years to meet record-keeping and compliance needs.
 • Analytics/cookie identifiers: typically retained for up to 13 months.
 We will keep information longer where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

11) Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12) Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 in the United States or under 19 in Canada. If we learn that a child’s information has been submitted, we will delete it as appropriate.

13) Your Rights (United States & Canada)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to (subject to limits/exceptions): access, correct, or delete personal information; receive a portable copy; and opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising. U.S. state laws (e.g., CA, CO, CT, VA) and Canadian law (PIPEDA; Québec Law 25) may apply.

 • Verification: We may verify your identity (e.g., via email or SMS code) before acting on your request.
 • Timing: We aim to respond within 45 days in the U.S. (with one 45-day extension where permitted) and 30 days in Canada.
 • Appeals (CO/CT/VA): If we deny your request, you can appeal by emailing support@foxadmedia.com within 45 days of our decision.
 • Authorized agents: Where allowed, you may use an authorized agent, subject to identity and authority verification.

14) Lead Routing (Ping-Post and Host-and-Post)

Depending on the buyer and market, we may (a) “ping-post” limited, de-identified, or partial data to multiple Partners to gauge interest before sharing full details, or (b) “host-and-post” your full inquiry to a single chosen Partner. We perform these disclosures to facilitate introductions at your direction. You can opt out of these disclosures by using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism or contacting us (Section 16).

15) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (e.g., a site banner or email) when feasible.

Appendix A — U.S. “Notice at Collection” Summary

We collect the categories listed in Section 3 for the purposes described in Section 5 and retain them as described in Section 10. We “sell” or “share” personal information for targeted advertising as described in Sections 6–8. You have the right to opt out via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or by contacting us. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those allowed by law. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 18 (U.S.)/19 (Canada).
